Growth Mindset
I have never heard of the term Growth Mind set but it surely it something I totally agree with because if someone is told it is not over yet that inspires them to do better and give it their best shot. Telling someone it is not over yet actually does make the person realise that they are in the process of learning and the challenges and difficulty is part of the process, running from the difficulty or taking the easy way out is not how to face these difficulty challenges but instead they should face these challenges with their best shot and try to develop "can do mindset".
Growth-fixed Mindset
I strongly believe you can do something if you give your complete, effort and time because everything in life takes time and after you give all got you eventually get somewhere if not completely done and from there can still go on to do more if you think your previous work was too difficult.
No is born with growth-fixed it's adapted and also created by all of society because people have praise only those with good grades which leads to kids giving up and marking themselves as failure.
Personally when I feel like the work I did is not so good I quickly develop a mindset which is "I won't fail anyway" instead of aiming high. I am glad to say I have learned something from Carol Dweck, feeling like something was easy means you probably knew how to do and if something is difficult it shouldn't feel very bad because you also need to remember you're in the process of learning and should be willing to break through that difficulty wall.
So now I feel like engaging with the difficulty could be highly beneficial and will certainly bring me some outstanding results in the process. I also feel like I could leave the spectrum of "growth-fixed mindset by accepting the difficulty as part of my learning process which is why I will be looking forward to all coming challenges this year.
Personal goals
This year I had like to do things very differently, before I used to do collage work for the sake of just getting out the way but this year I want to completely change that mindset I make it about learning process I know in the real world I will be expected to know my stuff well so this mindset will be out the way.
This year I am aiming for a minimum of four As and I had also like to really good at all the Adobe software's and any other application that we will be using, Unity, Brackets and Dreamweaver etc.
