Game story is something universal therefore game developers must think about their game story carefully in order to sell it to more people. The first article I read was what every developer needs to know about story. This article was very interesting and discuses all the possibilities a developer needs to keep in mind when developing their idea, as developers are trying to sell it to the same people they need to come up with something that is more universally human. 

The article discuses about other forms of stories, how games are not movies and how movies are not plays then sums up game story into two which are.

1. They are a form of a story not a new toy 

2. their particular story differs from all previous forms of story, and has other things in common with all forms of story

The article mentioned the common misperceptions that created most of the problems, most of these problems are caused by two basic misunderstanding about the topic which are. 1. Story is dialog 2. Story does not matter. 

Generally a game story is meant to have to vital points 1. It's simple 2. It works, In classical aspect it's recommended to keep the basic structure in your pocked because this is something that has been tested over the years. 

It's important to think about the characters characterization not only the appearance of the character but also who he is because this will influence the characters choices in the game.   

Second article 

This second article went into deep level of explaining game narrative, I did complete to finish the full article but I hope to take advantage of this article overs because the article will certainly educate about this topic.  

And Finally I watched the video, I found it really interesting to know about how some game have interactive narrative  which adopts the choices the player have when playing. The video used many games as examples showing how interactive those game are. games use systems and random content to let you keep shifting and until you find one that most suits you but not all games are the same as some use the exact same systems and and random content with different characters and different situations. 

Over I found this weeks reading task interring even though I did not finish reading the second article.
