Learning Challenge
For This weeks extra credit tasks I decided to do growmindset/feedback task and in that task I done learning by H.E.A.R.T option. I watched few videos on mental health by OU students. The video below is one of the videos I watched. Mental health is very relevant and not talked about as much as it should be which is why people that suffer from mental health are afraid to talk about it. I think if people considered how serous this issue is there would not be a lot of people suffering from it. mental health can effect how someone goes on with their day to day life and this can lead to the person making choices they would not make if they did not suffer from his mental health.
